Great location, and staff was amazing . Really nice ladies at the front desk. but the room smelled horrible, like mildew. The carpet was wet in the room from I'm assuming the super leaky air conditioning unit in the room. I had to use bathroom towels to catch the constant drip. the toilet had poop streaks in it - you could tell it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom sink was nice until I noticed housekeeping covered the soap holder with new boxed soap but never removed the old used unpackaged bar from the last guests . For the price of the room I feel like more attention to detail would have Been nice.

Elevators were not workin properly, wifi didn't work in our room, parking was pretty full and hard to find a spot.

Seems to be the nicest place in Freeport. Great service, typical Hampton level of quality, the restaurant / bar in the hotel is nice when it’s open. Good gym overall.

Don’t stay here. Elevators are a ticking time bomb death trap, no way they’d pass inspection. Rude staff. Got charged $250 smoking fee, but I don’t smoke and no one besides me was in the room prior to check-out. I’ve been traveling full time for work for 8 years and have never been accused of smoking in my hotel room until this Hampton inn. I don’t care about the money, but my employer who pays for my room has zero tolerance on this matter and now I’m losing my career and livelihood because Sherry from the front desk is comfortable lying just to make a few extra bucks

Clean, comfortable, with friendly service. The breakfast was better than adequate. They might be a touch understaffed, but everyone we talked to had a great attitude and was eager to help.

The staff was fantastic. I was traveling alone with my toddler they were kind and helpfull and pleasant to my son.

Some maintenance needs to be done. The elevators get uneven so you have to step up to actually get into the elevator sometimes. The luggage trolley got stuck on the other side and i needed help to get it in. Also, the TV doesn't work!
